Can I amend or change my order?

When you place an order with briskplugsuk.co.uk we'll send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. You can change your order before it's been dispatched for stock products. We cannot accept any products which have been classed as a special order or which have been manufactured to your specification for cancellation or return

If you wish to change your order whether to remove or add a product please contact us and we can send a payment request for the difference/advise you.

  

How do I know if the product is in stock?

We stock ALL of the products on our website.

 

Is it possible to place an order from the EU vat/tax-free?

If your company is based within the EU and have a valid VAT number you can purchase VAT free. In the shopping cart input your VAT number. Please note the delivery address must be the same as the VIES VAT registered address..

 

Is it safe to order online?

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your information is processed with confidentiality and accuracy. Read more about our privacy policy.

When will I receive my order? 

We stock all of our products and aim to dispatch the goods within 24hrs from the time of ordering.

If you are not sure which is the correct part for your vehicle you can contact us with the UK number plate or engine code.

 

 

 

Do you offer a discount on large or bulk orders?

If you are part of a Club or forum are in the trade or a customer wishing to make large, one-off purchases, contact us via email. The discount can vary depending on the quantities you are buying.
